Hot Hatha Yoga

Hot Hatha is a great introduction to hot yoga as Hatha is a slower style of yoga compared to a flow and focuses on static poses which is great for beginners. Although slower, it can still be physically and mentally challenging and making it a great class for all levels. 
While each class varies depending on the instructor, most classes typically start with a gentle warm-up, advance to more physical poses, and end with a short period of relaxation. You will leave the class feeling calm in mind and body.
