Deep Stretch & Relaxation

Candlelight yoga is a slower-paced class that focuses on stretching and mindfulness. Held in our candlelit studio overlooking the river, the environment helps to set the mood and promote relaxation. In this class, the room is kept at a warmer temperature to help you relax deeper in to each pose. 

Props such as blankets, bolsters, and straps may be used to help support your body in various positions. While there are many benefits to all types of yoga, gentle candlelight yoga can be especially helpful in reducing stress, improving sleep, and promoting feelings of well-being. If you're new to yoga or looking for a more calming practice, give gentle candlelight yoga a try.
